Rhymesayers Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Except as set forth in the Your Rights under EU and UK Law section below, our return policy allows returns of physical products, within 30 days of delivery, that are in the same condition as you received them, unused and unworn, with no visible signs of wear or use, and in original packaging.

To request a return or for any questions, contact us at orders@casabey.com.com. We will contact you once we have determined whether your return request is accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Physical products sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned products we will notify you of whether a refund, or partial refund, is approved. If approved you will receive a refund using the same payment method as the original purchase. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of approval please contact us.

Exchanges

In most cases the fastest way to get the item you want is to return your purchase and separately purchase the other item once your return is accepted. Contact us if you have any questions about how best to exchange a purchased product for another product.

Non-returnable / Final Sale items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including sale or clearance items, music items including CDs or Vinyl, perishable items, items marked as “final sale”, and customized or personalized items.

Bulk Orders We do not offer bulk-order services or wholesale prices. For any large orders, we are not liable for any damages or issues that occur during transit.
